I went in and saw Dan on Friday and my gosh, what a breath of fresh air! I previously had been visiting a different next care location and had to go in 4 separate times to finally get relief from an ongoing ear infection. When I saw Dan he was genuinely concerned about how I FELT and not what the test results said. I felt like someone finally listened and genuinely cared about helping me get relief and feel better. I will definitely be returning to this next care in the future as I felt like an actual person/patient rather than just another number walking through the door. Thank you Dan for your awesome bedside manner and for genuinely listening and caring about how I felt!
