The California Department of General Services (DGS) released an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the State of California Community Outreach and Education Master Service Agreement (MSA).Upcoming Key Dates:Bidder's Conference: June 6, 2024, 10 amQuestions due: June 11, 2024Bids due: June 20, 2024 at 2 pmThis MSA will be a multiple-award agreement that creates a list of pre-approved community-based nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status to serve as trusted messengers within their communities, delivering accurate and relevant information on difficult topics in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner. The fund's goal is to enhance voter education on registration, candidates, ballot initiatives and turnout, focusing on historically marginalized communities in the Inland Empire.
